The Warehouse is an ideal setting for both baseball and softball team practices at any level, from little league to adult league teams. The facility offers coaches the opportunity to accomplish a great deal in a short amount of time – offensively, defensively and/or on the mound. As an example, a typical team batting practice on a standard field may offer each player 25-30 swings in an hour. At the Warehouse, the same 60 minutes offers each player 100-120 swings…without pain relievers required for the coach’s arm! |

| The Warehouse is available for a variety of large functions and events. The facility is amenable for use for fund-raisers, graduations, trade-shows, professional seminars and training programs, auctions, wedding receptions, dances, and post graduation functions. The warehouse has seating for large groups and public address system capability throughout the facility. Rates are hourly or by the event, through prior contractual arrangement. | ||||||
